At Accents@Home, we want you to love your new furniture and decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or visit one of our showroom locations with your original order number and proof of purchase.

  Prepare for Inspection

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging and unused condition, as damaged or assembled furniture may not be eligible for a full refund.

  Arrange Transportation

  Drop off smaller items at our warehouse or schedule a professional pickup for larger furniture pieces, noting that return shipping fees may apply.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
